On Saturday, I finished the final edits of every last article and editorial piece for Documenting the Unseen (our soon-to-be-released print publication). I am absolutely ecstatic! Putting together a print publication is a monster task in comparison to online publishing. I’ve gone close to insane checking over and over and over again every last sentence, comma, and spelling.
But now it’s all in the hands of our designer, Luke Atkinson. Luke’s doing our layout and typography, while Anatole and Lacey are taking care of illustrations and cover art. Needless to say, the look and feel of Documenting the Unseen is going to be stunning. This is a trio of top-caliber artists and I can’t wait to see what they do.
This is going to be a publication I’ll be proud of. I’m simply super excited about everything we’re doing, and I hope you are too!
I’ve been pretty quiet on the blog, because I haven’t been able to see my computer over the stacks of articles! But now that it’s all off my plate (yay!), I’ll be getting back into posting here. Of course, I have a lot of updates on the publication, but also a lot of new thoughts I just haven’t had the time to write down.
